Instruction For Use

Intended Use:

It can be used for respiratory protection of some non-oily particles, the filtering efficiency of non-oily particles is not less than 95%，Also can help to reduce respiratory exposure to certain pathogenic microorganisms in the air. Not applicable to respiratory protection against harmful gases and vapors.

Not suitable for anoxic environment, underwater operations, escape and fire protection respiratory protection.

User Instructions:

·Check the mask/ particulate respirator before use to make sure it is in good condition.

·Check all components of it to see if there's any damage, including top and bottom straps, metal nosepiece and the material of the respirator.

·Do not use it if it is damaged.

Fitting Instructions:

Must be followed each time when the mask/ particulate respirator is worn.

1-2.Cup the mask/ particulate respirator in your hand, with the nosepiece at your fingertips, allowing the headbands to hang freely below your hand.

3. Pull the bottom strap over your head and position it around the neck below the ears.Pull the top strap over your head resting it high at the top back of your head.

4.Adjust to a comfortable position so that the respirator fits your face. Place your fingertips from both hands at the top of the metal nosepiece. Using two hands, mold the nose area to the shape of your nose by pushing inward while moving your fingertips down both sides of the nosepiece to make a proper fit.

5.Perform a User Seal Check prior to each wearing. To check the mask/ particulate respirator to-face seal, place both hands completely over the mask/ particulate respirator and inhale sharply, If the mask/particulate respirator with proper fit, it will collapse slightly inward . Be careful not to disturb the position of the respirator. If air leaks around nose, readjust the respirator's position and shape of nosepiece until no air leaks. If you cannot achieve a proper seal, do not enter the contaminated area.

CAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

1.The mask/ particulate respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.

2. Never alter,wash,abuse or misuse of the respirator.

3. Do not use with beards or other facial hair or other conditions that prevent a good seal between the face and the sealing surface of the respirator.

Individuals with the following diseases are generally not suitable for the use of the mask/particulate respirator.

·Moderate or severe lung disease;

·Angina, obvious arrhythmia and recent myocardial infarction;

·Signs of hypertension and uncontrollable hypertension;

·Claustrophobia and anxiety reaction;

·Have a history of spontaneous pneumothorax.

4.Use with caution if you are allergic to non-woven fabrics.

5.The respirator is single-use, repeated use is prohibited.

Storage conditions :

1.Storage temperature range: +5°C (+41°F)to -+38°C (+100.4°F).

Storage relative humidity: <80%.

2.Before use, store respirators the original packaging in clean, dry places, away from contaminated areas, dust, sunlight, and damaging chemicals.

3.If the mask/particulate respirator will not be used immediately, it is recommended to store in a sealed bag. Deformation of the respirator should be avoided during storage.
